Policies

ORDER PROCESSING 

Mona Moore is dedicated to fast service and will process your order within one business day. Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled. Orders are then shipped within 48 business hours pending availability and credit verification.  Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that orders placed with different billing and shipping details, as well as orders for international delivery, run the possibility of being delayed as we verify information pertaining to the order. Orders placed between Sunday midnight PST Thursday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt and always before the weekend. All orders received after midnight PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. First-time customers shipping to international destinations may be required to provide additional identity verification documents before their purchase is cleared for shipment. Mona Moore reserves the right to cancel or hold shipment of any orders deemed by them to be potentially fraudulent.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Mona Moore ships domestic orders with UPS, which offers Ground Service, Express 3 day, 2nd day, and Overnight delivery. Mona Moore ships orders to Canada and international destinations with UPS Worldwide Expedited or United States Postal Service Express Mail. Where Expedited or Express Mail is unavailable, the next best shipping method is used with applicable charges. Mona Moore will ship using the best shipping service option available, unless otherwise specified by customer.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Mona Moore offers free express shipping and handling via UPS on all orders over $300 being delivered within the United States.

Mona Moore offers same day delivery within Los Angeles and Orange County via local courier for a $20 fee if ordered by 2pm PST. Please call the store for this service. 

Orders shipping to a destination outside the United States will be charged flat rate fees.

SHIPPING

Once Mona Moore has delivered the merchandise ordered to the carrier, you, the customer and purchaser of merchandise, will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Mona Moore is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any deliveries from Mona Moore or the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Mona Moore. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise return.

*Mona Moore will ship using the best shipping service option available. Mona Moore will consider requests for particular shipping preference but reserves the right to ship using what Mona Moore deems the best method available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-Sale Items -

For online purchases, Mona Moore offers option for refund, exchange, or store credit of non-sale items within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credits valid for 1 year from issue date. To return an item, email customercare@monamoore.com within 7 days of receiving your order for return authorization and return instructions.

PLEASE NOTE, the following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges: discounted items, vintage items, jewelry, intimates/lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, hats, and cosmetics are final sale.

All merchandise must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in original undamaged packaging to qualify for return.

To return an item, email customercare@monamoore.com within 7 days of receiving your order for return authorization and return instructions. Any merchandise returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

All refunds are issued, less return shipping costs, in the original form of payment. 

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs within 10 days of return receipt. A restocking fee of up to $25 may be deducted from total return amount at Mona Moore's discretion. 

Promo Codes -

Full price items purchased with any discount using a promo code are final sale and are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Excludes purchases made using VIP program and New Customer promo code. Full price items purchased using VIP program or New customer promo code are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. 

Sale Items -

All sale items are final sale. This includes items in Stockroom Treasures. No exchange or refunds given. If you have any questions, please email us prior to purchase at customercare@monamoore.com.com for personal assistance. All items are sold brand new and purchased directly from the design house, excluding items from the "vintage" and "archival" Mona Moore collections. Many sale items are the last of their size and may show faint signs of being tried on before. Items are priced to reflect this. 

Damage / Defective Items -

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your purchase to file a claim. Mona Moore will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement parts. If replacement or repair are not available, Mona Moore may offer a refund or store credit. Following the 7 day claim period Mona Moore is no longer responsible for assisting with repair or replacement of goods. After 7 days, Mona Moore may still attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement parts but is no longer responsible for providing a refund or replacement of unrepairable items.

Special Orders / Pre-Orders -

All special orders and pre-orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to secure a special order or pre-order. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining payment will be processed automatically upon delivery of product to Mona Moore.

In-store Purchases -

Items purchased in store can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days. Store Credits valid for 1 year from issue date.
